What are Susan’s resilience practices?
During the pandemic, I worked to build a number of new habits to help me renew and restore my energy and foster my own resilience. These practices have had a positive impact on my ability to navigate and thrive in the change. At the heart of my daily practice is: mindfulness, gratitude journaling, visual journaling and a movement practice of riding my exercise bike. I spend time each day learning, reflecting and focusing on my own growth and development. And I’ve worked diligently to replace the energy-draining and fear-mongering practice of doomscrolling with hopescrolling.
