Consider taking just 5 minutes to pause and catch your breath. Close your eyes for a moment or two, if you can.
Tune into the environment around you. What sounds do you hear?
Tune into your body. Where do you feel tight or tense? Can you gently move and realign your body to a more natural state?
Tune into your own breathing. Are you breathing deeply or shallowly? See if you can breathe in such a way that your abdomen expands on the inhale and gently releases on the exhale.
